Playing with the Elements, 1985
Vinyl, LP & Box-Set.
The work plays with natural elements (stone / terra cotta, water, breath) as both object and metaphor, integrating them across visual, tactile, and sonic media. The title “Playing with the Elements” is literal: the “elements” in question are earth/stone, water, breath/air. The work combines composition and physical object.
The physical object is a boxed edition: a cardboard box with black serigraphy, dimensions about 31.2 × 31.4 × 3 cm. The design (boxed set of objects + sound) emphasizes the work as an art-object, not merely a musical composition. It’s both sculpture/object plus score/sound. Limited edition of 100 copies numbered and signed.
